I rather enjoy rice as a supplemental ingredient in skincare. Whenever I incorporate a rice based product in my skincare routine, my skin always looks a lot brighter and feels softer. I can see why it is constantly raved about in DIY skincare and haircare! With that said, I don’t expect miracles from rice; It’s just a nice add-on.

My Experience with Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics SPF50+ PA++++
TEXTURE: Runny medium-heavy fluid with a yellow tint.
APPLICATION: Applied all in one go all over my face and neck. Glides on the skin easily and is a joy to use.
FINISH: After initial application, my skin looks bright and glowy. I notice a little bit of a tone up effect, probably from Tinosorb M. Once the sunscreen sits, that questionable cast is gone.
FEEL: Very light. I find it does not really leave any trace of moisture.
STINGS EYES? Yes, as is the case with any non water-resistant sunscreen I use around my eyes.
